Wengang Ge is a clinical development leader with extensive experience across hospital-based medicine and global clinical research. He holds a Master’s degree from Nanjing Medical University and previously spent eight years as an Emergency and Intensive Care Unit physician at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, gaining strong frontline clinical insight and a deep understanding of critical care and treatment-related risks. He later served as Medical Manager and Medical Director at a clinical CRO, supporting the clinical development of oncology, autoimmune, and non-oncology programs. Since joining ImvivaBio, he has focused on the clinical development of cell therapies, with particular expertise in allogeneic CAR-T therapies.
